Broken down and broken hearted My truck broke down on Sunday, had warranty agent out Monday and the truck wasn't ready to pick up till late afternoon in a Thursday. The work should have been completed on Tuesday after receiving authorization by the warranty company. Communications where sketchy at best, the truck was dirty when I picked it up from the technician but Ty was off so I never got my drive through wash ticket. I would look elsewhere before giving them my cart blanche business! More
wish i could give less then 1 star 2012 chevy volt. Went in 2 weeks ago. Gas engine was miss firing. Took them all day, 9 am to 5 pm, to tell me it needed a 500.00 ignition coil pack 2012 chevy volt. Went in 2 weeks ago. Gas engine was miss firing. Took them all day, 9 am to 5 pm, to tell me it needed a 500.00 ignition coil pack. Came back to have them put the coil pack in. When i picked it up, still miss firing. Brought it back, they kept it over night and told me it needed a 500.00 valve cover. Had them put the valve cover in, drove it for two weeks, miss firing again. Went back. Kept it over night. They Called chevy, now it needs a 6,000.00 engine. I asked if there was anything they could do for me, like make payments or put the new parts in the new engine since they guessed wrong , twice and i put 1,000.00 into a dead engine. Nope. Nothing. Refused to accept any responsibility. I decided not to put the engine in and asked them to put it on a charge so i could drive it home on battery. (Volts are gas and electric). They said they would charge it. When i got there, they charged me to diagnose the car. Again. And said it was on the charger and had almost a full charge. Unable to charge message was on and the battery was dead. Not only do they not know how to service a volt, they dont even know how to charge it or how to read an error message. I am guessing, they have xxxxxxx hit the car with sticks until something falls off, then they tell you to replace that part. Avoid these clowns. More
