Took longer than I thought it should Brought in our 2010 Mazda 6 for a recall inspection of the front crossmember. The shop always performs a safety inspection as well, & found a worn bal Brought in our 2010 Mazda 6 for a recall inspection of the front crossmember. The shop always performs a safety inspection as well, & found a worn ball joint on the RH side. I asked to see the car while it was on the lift, and was brought into the shop by the service writer. The technician was not available, so I checked the ball joint as the RH front tire had been removed. I agreed that the joint was worn but not dangerous to drive, so I asked the service writer to have the tire installed so I could take the car. I returned to the customer lounge, but it was over 30 minutes longer before the car was ready to leave. The entire process took almost 2 hours, which seemed like a long time for what was done. I understand that this is a large busy shop & that things don’t always go as smoothly as I might like... More

You must be joking, After a routing oil change and tire rotation found a package of lug nuts in the back of my car.Brought them back and asked if I n You must be joking, After a routing oil change and tire rotation found a package of lug nuts in the back of my car.Brought them back and asked if I needed them. They checked my car for the key to remove them and could not find it, After waiting an hour last week for new lug nuts I was told they did not have the right part. An hour to find out they could not do the job. Unacceptable! Was told to come back this week and they would do the job. Called to be sure they had lug nuts and went in. After 45 minute wait they informed me they did not have the right tools to take off my lug nuts. As a good loyal customer, check how man cars I have purchased in the last five years, I have always been happy with Partyka. Not anymore, I won't recommend or come back after I finally get this resolved. I need to go back next week after they get the right tools so far I have wasted 2 hours and 20 minutes. I am 74 years old and can't afford to waste any of my few hours left! More
