I just wished, if you pay over a certain amount of money for your service on your vehicle, they had taken my Equinox to the car wash place a few hundred feet next door. When I had my Nissan, they would do that for you if you spent more than $50.00. More

Although I did not lease the vehicle at this dealership I needed a place near where I live/work to service it. I was treated respectfully and fully explained the process. I found the costs were reasonable for a dealership and previous vehicles that I have owned I found inflated service prices. The facility is very clean and although I tried to arrange a shuttle it was explained that it would only take an hour to complete the oil change so I just waited and it was not longer than that. Very happy to have been here. It is always uneasy on a first experience if you will be taken care of but I was very much surprised. More

Dissatisfied with Loaner Procedures Arranged for appointment on line for 12/26/2018 with a note for loaner. I knew the problem was tire rubbing against black splash guard. I was told to call next week to check on car, no one can look at it before that, because they have to many cars today. And they only have loaner when you call week or more to reserve one. It was suggested I go to Enterprise. I did question why no one called me when my note said ' loaner needed' so I could make arrangements? I spoke to manager, I was told by her notes are not read because they're too busy. I imagine this is a business deal between Partyka & Enterprise ( I really don't care) but the reimbursement should be total Enterprise charges, or $$ taken off labor. How does someone reserve a vehicle BEFORE THEIR CAR BREAKS DOWN??? More
