Took vehicle in for regular maintenance and had several concerns that need to be addressed. The works service was completed and also requested the engine air and cabin filter be replaced. Inspected maint concerns that need to be addressed. The works service was completed and also requested the engine air and cabin filter be replaced. Inspected maintenance performed when arriving home and found grease hand prints in glove box door that happened during cabin filter replacement. Opened hood and found. Air filter cover not clipped down. (I repositioned and secured air filter cover. Check oil level and was at the add mark after 20 minutes of engine off time. I would certainly question oil filter replacement as there was no sign it had been removed. Had a seat concern because the back support squeaks while making a corner and noise can be duplicated by grabbing side cushion. Repair order says trim was repositioned. Had a concern of driver door wind noise that was never addressed. Vehicle was still in warranty and. No loaner vehicle was offered. Beyond poor attention to detail for a 64000.00 truck. More
