I just want to shout out the amazing dealership I got my car from 3 years ago. I’ve gone to Hamblock Ford in Belvidere for all my servicing since I’ve gotten my car and they’ve always gone out of their way car from 3 years ago. Yesterday they really touched me with their help. My headlights recently went out after replacing them only a little over a year ago and I brought my car in to get checked. When they told me the total for fixing my headlights it was completely out of my price range because of it being right here around the holidays and still needing to get some gifts. I cried and let him know I’m sorry I can’t book this service at this time but I appreciate them checking everything for me. The service provider, Mike, gave me a call back letting me know they’d do my service free of charge. My intentions were not to gain sympathy, but I just couldn’t hold back the tears when he told me the total- it was really overwhelming. This big act of kindness just saved me a lot of money and I can’t help but thank them. They are the best dealership in this area, and have continued to give me amazing service each time I’ve gone. They were even extremely honest as I first was looking for my vehicle even though I was a young girl with my grandmother shopping for a car. Whenever there is an amazing local business, especially when going out of their way, I have to recommend to everyone I know. They really saved me this Christmas season, and if anyone is looking for a car, I highly recommend Hamblock Ford in Belvidere. More

Poor customer service and follow up.My service appt was Poor customer service and follow up. My service appt was overlooked due to an issue on their end with the Lincoln app scheduling. There was basically zero apology or attempt to make it right. They just rebooked it for 12 days later- I would’ve expected them to at least try to work me back into the schedule sooner. Speaking to the service manager was pointless. We won’t be back for any future service. More

3 weeks ago come Monday. Went to Manley’s Belvidere Ford Lincoln Monday after work cause I saw online a 2020 Ford Fusion SE with 5000 miles for sale. Vehicle was actually at a sister lot but Jacob the sales Lincoln Monday after work cause I saw online a 2020 Ford Fusion SE with 5000 miles for sale. Vehicle was actually at a sister lot but Jacob the salesman I was working with sat down and said let’s see what we can work out. It was nice for the mere fact that he wasn’t trying to steer me away from looking at other cars when I came in for a specific kind. I’ve always wanted a Ford Fusion and I did my research before going. Jacob asked me did I ever think of getting a new one my response was I won’t be able to be the last of credit and some other factors. There was a 2020 Ford Fusion with 13 miles that he pulled aside and told me to go take it for a drive. I came back and was like this is the one so with the hard work Jacob and Hannah did wonders cause I was approved. Dillion I believe I spelt that correctly helped me through the paper working signing process. I went home with a brand new car. Couple days later I came back to the service department and Janet the service advisor that I spoke to took care of getting my vehicle in for the package to be applied and getting me the loaner for the day. All in all I had a great experience at Manleys Belvidere Ford Lincoln being a first time car buyer. Keep up the awesome work. More

Great and relaxing car shopping I found Manley's online and was surprised to see they had a great choice of used trucks in the make and model what I was interested in. Made a trip down there from Wisconsin a little leery of buying out of state. After arriving and greeted by Brandon I knew this was going to be an enjoyable vehicle shopping experience, which I usually don't enjoy. We took a couple different trucks for a drive and shortly decided on one to negotiate on. In short order we had an agreement on a price that was fair and good value. In my past experience that usually does't happen. The only negative is that the finance person was backed up and I had to wait a while to get to her. The general manager noticed the wait time and graciously gave me a free oil change for my troubles. In all Brandon was a very knowledgeable a courteous and made this a rewarding truck buying experience. I would go back and recommend Manley's to others. More

Amazing! is the only word for Manleys! About 2 years ago I purchased 2 cars from Manley's within 3 months. Obviously my first experience was great or I wouldn't have come back. They send me reminders when it is approximately time for oil changes, etc. The entire staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. More

They put me in a vehicle that fit me perfectly - I did not have to haggle on price, there was no "car salesmen" pusheyness - I was in and out with my trade in in less than 3 hours - which I test drove 2 vehicles and purchased. Niko went out of his way before I arrived to make sure the vehicle was warm, and he knew all the features of the vehicle. He did not ask me repeatedly what I was willing to put down for a payment, he spoke nothing of money while we test drove - it was all about the vehicle. SO VERY REFRESHING. More
