Love This Dealership I had my parents follow me to Manley Ford so I could have my car looked at under warranty and after walking out of the service dept. To get in my pare I had my parents follow me to Manley Ford so I could have my car looked at under warranty and after walking out of the service dept. I had been struggling for quite some time with my Previous vehicle and The restrictions I placed upon my self because of the negative thoughts on the life of my so called "babe". After constant complaints to my friends and family about feeling like my ride was holding me back from spreading my wings and expanding my mind, I was suggested to at least give Manley's a try. I took the advice and I was referred to and met with Someone that I wasn't sure just from hearing Would be so welcoming, Honest, accommodating and so cool. I was very surprised and I knew this to be the truth after meeting Kerry. I honestly had doubts that I would get my car being so new to a dealership experience, but He made it happen. I tell you what, I hear the ringing of Kerry's "I told you I'd take care of you" everytime I reflect on taking that chance. We were planning on driving into Chicago to purchase a used car that we were pre-approved for but thought we would swing by our local Manley Motors de We were planning on driving into Chicago to purchase a used car that we were pre-approved for but thought we would swing by our local Manley Motors dealership to see what they had. Upon arrival we notice a 2014 Fusion Hybrid that we stopped to look at. We were professionally greeted by Stepahnie Jones and she answered all of our questions and within a few minutes we were off on our test drive. I really liked that Stephanie let my family and I take the car out on our own, she came off in a very courteous and non threatening manner. Once we returned we went inside to see if this car was something that we could afford. Stephanie and her Sales manager Brian worked with us to a fair price for the vehicle that both parties could agree on. Once deciding we couldn't have been more happy in dealing with Mr Schaffer in the financing office, what a great guy! Jim explained everything in detail and made my wife and I very comfortable in deciding the terms of our new loan. In addition one added bonus was that we were in an out of the dealership within 2 hours and back home, no long drawn out process at Manley's! Thanks Joe Hamblock on the great team! More
