I called & talked to Derek Fugate, the Internet Sales Manager, & he let me know the car was indeed available. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile & offered a no pressure test drive. From there the entire process was smooth & enjoyable - my trade offer was excellent & the finance portion went by without a hitch. Derek then offered me a comprehensive delivery which included a full walk-around of the exterior & interior & a full demonstration of the Ford Sync system. He even assisted with the setup of my account on Ford's website. With all of the corporate nonsense going on in the world today it's nice to know business can still be done in a small town setting with a friendly handshake and a smile.
