Good service, good prices, not enough information. Pros: Mike and Geoff were fantastic, patient and made the experience a very positive one for my first vehicle purchase. The prices were very close to bluebook value, fair enough I didn't need to haggle or work down the cost. The car runs perfectly, and every question I asked was answered quickly and clearly. The staff went out of their way to work with a few issues I had, and made the sale happen when many other places wouldn't have been able to. Cons: I would have liked to be able to get solid numbers as far as financing and payments before sitting in the finance office. My monthly payments came out higher than I wanted, and there was no way for me to know what I was going to be paying each month until the very moment I was signing the contract. I had no input or information as to the details of financing my vehicle, and little ability to make an informed decision about the real costs of purchasing this vehicle because of this. I also had very little ability to affect the numbers, and felt very forced into accepting figures that I would liked to have flexibility on. They need to clearly explain and work with customers on the financial details *during* the sales process, not moments before pen hits paper; otherwise how else are you supposed to know if you can actually afford the car before purchasing it? This was the only "shady" part of the process, and nearly made me cancel the sale altogether. That said, my experience was very positive overall, and I would recommend them to others in the future. I made a call out there and Josh was there to answer my call for any questions I had. After researching online, I told him about the truck I was interested in. He was very helpful in any questions I had. After speaking with him over the phone, I decided to take a drive out there to look at the truck. Josh was very easy to work with and was able to answer any questions I had. He was friendly and there was absolutely no pressure to buy the truck. However, I fell in love with the truck I test drove and after having my second great experience, I purchased the vehicle. Josh made the paperwork easy and painful.
