The air conditioner on my 2009 Kia Spectra stopped working in March and I had it repaired at this dealership. Though it was under warranty I was still charged about a hundred dollars because they clai working in March and I had it repaired at this dealership. Though it was under warranty I was still charged about a hundred dollars because they claimed that paper was stuck somehwere in the unit. Not sure what they meant. A few weeks later the air conditioner stopped functioning again. This time i called Kia customer care to get it repaired. On July 13, I took the vehicle to Bill Doraty Kia and left it there for a day. At first I was told it would be an addtional 150 dollars and when i told them that I just piad that, I was told it was at another dealer. He then called back to say that his mechanic determined that something was wrong with the air -conditioning unit and that I would need to leave it there for "observation" which I told them I needed the car for work and that it was unacceptable. WHen I picked the car up, it appeard that no work was actually done on vehicle. Numerous calls to corporate office has resultd in no answers. today I filed complaint with Ohio Attorney Generals office to finally force the warranty work. More

Hallen KIA is a great dealership. Their service dept. is always courteous and fast. Vince (service dept) is always helpful with any questions I have and a good person to talk with. My husband and I went to Halleen KIA just looking for a more dependable vehicle because our youngest daughter was hospitalize at the Cleveland Clinic and we did a lot of higway driving. Arnoldo took care of us right a way without pressure and let us look around and help us find a vehicle just right for us. Everything was handled the same day. The Service Department has been EXCEPTIONAL!! Any time I need to get my car in for service they have been more than accomodating. I have no problem getting Saturday appointments and if I have to work, I let them know and they get me serviced and out of there in time. The Service Staff informs me of needed services and also informs me of current specials. Recently I lost my coupon book for oil changes and they still took care me and gave me a number to call to hopefully get it replaced. My daughter will be looking for a vehicle this summer and we will be bringing her to Halleen, who knows maybe we will find something too. More
I Have always got real great service when I go there. When I called them this morning,and told them I was having trouble with my car. They told me to come right in. And it didn't matter , how long When I called them this morning,and told them I was having trouble with my car. They told me to come right in. And it didn't matter , how long it would take me to get there. ANd when they told me ,what work had to be done,Vince made sure I had a car to drive home. Also U should know that Vince (service Advisor) sat down and explaned everything that was going on with my car. I will always recommend this dealer ship, too anyone who ask. I had to bring my new 2011 KIA Sportage in for service and I had absolutely great service and everyone was very friendly. Service was fantastic and couldn't do enough for me.
