Charge you for no work This is the second time I've had to deal with their poor service. My first problem they tried to deny because it was under warranty. This time my 4 year old vehicle's radio and camera stopped working. They then charged me $120 to tell me this, and wanted to charge $620 to fix the radio on a 4 year old car!! If you want some one to tell you the obvious and charge you for it, then Halleen Kia is your team!! More

While waiting for the Sorento to be completed we decided to check out the Soul just to see what it was like. Taking the soul and the forte for a ride and liking the soul better we decided to take one step further, then another and before we knew it we were driving home with a new car and what I feel a great deal. The entire process was fairly quick and easy, Jay our sales person was attentive and explained the process well. I would recommend Halleen KIA for your next vehicle purchase. More
horrible service department I bought a 2012 soul in Jun 2016. I have had the same problem with it over and over. I took it to another place since it was not under warranty they told us to take it back to kia since the part we needed was still under warranty. Took it back to kia they said it was something different that was the same problem. and because they cleaned it different this time was not covered under warranty. Service manager was rude on the phone to me. More

You should make it home......right. My car's crankshaft broke for the second time in three years and dropped it off at their dealership. Vince the service tech called the next day saying My car's crankshaft broke for the second time in three years and dropped it off at their dealership. Vince the service tech called the next day saying I needed a new engine for $6000 on a car worth $4000. He then tried pushing me off to a salesman to purchase a vehicle which I was not interested in doing. Later that day Vince called me and said another tech got it to a point where he felt confident I could drive it the 50 miles back to Akron saving the $250 tow bill but would need to pay them $113 for diagnosis (which I told them the issue as I had been through this before). This was to justify charging me something I'm sure and I'm telling you they did nothing as I found out 1 mile down the road. They did nothing to warrant telling me I could drive the vehicle the fifty miles needed to get home. My battery died as a result of the belt not turning and the head of the crankshaft bolt was literally falling out of the pulley. Two hours later I was towed home. I was furious to say the least. I did not have a good feeling leaving the dealership and should have trusted my gut instinct about Vince and their crack repair staff. The repair could have been made by the way. I will never buy another Kia. More

I was surprised to get a message that all lines were busy, so I had to leave a message. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes for Roadside Assistance to call me back, I called Halleen back. They stayed on the line while they successfully connected me to Roadside Assistance. After a brief conversation with the Roadside Assistance rep, my confidence that they would help me in timely manner was so low that I decided to end the call and find someone else to help me. The staff at Halleen has always been helpful, but my experience with the Roadside Assistance program was very poor. More

I arrived at my appointment time, gave my reason (recall), gave the service guy my keys, he said about an hour and I will come get you when it is ready. I watched a kia driven out of the garage about 45 min. or so later and parked in the lot. I thought it was mine so I got up thinking they were coming to tell me. No one did so I assumed it was someone elses car (there are quite of few souls on the streets these days) I sat down, 50 min later I went to find out why it was almost 2 hrs. I was told it was just finished and turned in When I asked where my car was they pointed it out - same car I had been looking at for almost an hour. Not only did they forget to tell me they LIED. The receipt was stamped with the finish time so I know they lied. When I questioned the manager he got the other guy and he said, "sorry I got busy and forgot" Horrible customer service More
Beyond our expectations!! My daughter recently had her house robbed and they stole her car keys and came back the next day to steal her brand new Kia, her first car she ever bo My daughter recently had her house robbed and they stole her car keys and came back the next day to steal her brand new Kia, her first car she ever bought on her own from Halleen Kia. She was heartsick. After a few days they found her brand new car and it was TRASHED and it looked as though the 15 year old that stole the car hit a wall with the bumper and did some joy riding around eating and drinking all over the floor and seats. It sat in the Police Parking lot for a week with all four windows down so that the local raccoons could make a nice house for themselves, the car was ruined. A quick call to Sandy from Halleen Kia, she had my daughter in a rental car the same day, had her car worked on and detailed. My daughter called me today sobbing that she picked her car up and it was better than brand new! Every detail was covered on her car. We cant thank you enough John in the service department and Sandy for making this happen. My hands are tied living in FL. So happy you took such good care of my daughter. I would recommend you to anyone I talk to. You helped soften the blow of this horrible experience and total violation of privacy on my baby and allowed me to breathe knowing you were taking such good care of her! Amy More
