I do appreciate that I have my car back.But when my car I do appreciate that I have my car back. But when my car just stopped on the freeway. Kia was no help. I had my car towed in. Had to pay for trans I do appreciate that I have my car back. But when my car just stopped on the freeway. Kia was no help. I had my car towed in. Had to pay for transportation for that day. Kia had no loaner. At first they couldn't even find my car on the lot for days. I had to pay 1000. For a rental. When they finally got me a loaner after three weeks that was fine. When my car was done and I turned my loaner in and got the keys, after they assured me they did a complete inspection. I went out and my car didn't start. After waiting another hour they told my battery was bad. This should have been checked out before I got there as they had my car for 2 months. I feel the battery was damaged due to the bad motor and all that had happened. But they told me that I had to pay 320.. for the battery. I feel at the very least I should be reimbursed for 1000. For the rental car and 320. For the battery. Not to mention the inconvenience, and other money spent due to the engine size. More
