We were never pushed, she listened to us and was able to get us a very good deal. The atmosphere in the dealership was very laid back, yet professional. They had an area specific for children to play, which my boys enjoyed (ages 2, and 7), and that alone made our visit much easier and stress free. I honestly cannot praise Lana enough for all that she did for us this past weekend. I loved that she took the time to understand our situation and gave us our options first-hand instead of blowing us off. You can see in her eyes that she is passionate about helping her customers. She has such a wonderful easy-going personality, and we will definitely be working with her in the future. More
