With 25 years' experience, he is very comfortable in his position. He is genuinely friendly while maintaining his professionalism. Matt has confident in his product (owns his own Kia) and knowledgeable down to the last detail (between different models and years). This was our first experience with Kia, and Matt definitely made the sale. Prior to coming, my husband and I researched vehicles online and chose the Kia Niro (2018) for its safety features and fuel efficiency.
