Appointments don’t mean anything Because we travelled from Holland OH we made an appointment to see a vehicle, When we arrived we were told the vehicle was out for an overnight test! When queried about our appointment we were told by Pat Halleen “it’s first come first serve”. When we asked him why he didn’t call or email us canceling the appointment he said “I guess that was an oversight”. If this is customer service I don’t want to do business with these people —make your own judgement -Pat’s attitude was dismissive, and he was both arrogant and ill mannerered -couldn’t understand why we even questioned his decision. Phenomenal Service I took the car I just purchased in to have the seat looked at. The lumbar wouldn’t budge.
