As someone who despises the car buying process, I will say these guys at Halleen KIA really worked hard to get me in a new car. I went to these guys in July of 2019 and finally signed the dotted line in J say these guys at Halleen KIA really worked hard to get me in a new car. I went to these guys in July of 2019 and finally signed the dotted line in January of next year. I have to give credit to Brandon Dresser at Halleen KIA for sticking with it, and getting the best deal he could offer. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any friends or family. More

My family and I came to Sandusky from Alabama to visit family for Christmas. While here our Kia Sorento had a problem with the rear hatch latch not working. I called the service department and spoke with family for Christmas. While here our Kia Sorento had a problem with the rear hatch latch not working. I called the service department and spoke with Zack. He was extremely friendly and told me that they would take care of my vehicle. I brought my car there and was met by Kevin who was great and assured me that we would be taken care of. Everyone that we encountered in your dealership were very friendly and professional. Sandusky Ohio should be grateful to have a dealership service that cares for there customers, even those from 600 miles away. My family and I would like you to acknowledge Zack and especially Kevin for there impeccable customer service and sense of urgency to help. They even washed our vehicle! Thanks again. More
