My husband and I went to Halleen KIA just looking for a more dependable vehicle because our youngest daughter was hospitalize at the Cleveland Clinic and we did a lot of higway driving. The Service Department has been EXCEPTIONAL!! Any time I need to get my car in for service they have been more than accomodating. I have no problem getting Saturday appointments and if I have to work, I let them know and they get me serviced and out of there in time. The Service Staff informs me of needed services and also informs me of current specials. Recently I lost my coupon book for oil changes and they still took care me and gave me a number to call to hopefully get it replaced. My daughter will be looking for a vehicle this summer and we will be bringing her to Halleen, who knows maybe we will find something too. More

Brad Pop Corns, great moniker, has no fear of blistering cold weather as he seemed to be enjoying the snow falling from the heavens.
