After having a bad experience at a Kia dealership yesterday, I still knew that I wanted to try to buy a Soul. I felt that he was extremely open and upfront with us every step of the way, and ultimately he was able to offer a remarkable deal on a new '11 Soul that I just couldn't pass it up. I had a friend with me who knows a couple of people who are currently looking at Optima's, and she grabbed a couple of business cards because she was so impressed with Mr Corns' service. I live in TN, but I'll definitely be passing on how wonderful my experience was and would definitely return to Halleen Kia in the future! More

I went through the Costco Auto buying program. The deal could not have been more smooth and simple. The deal was great and everything was timely. Laura was an excellent sales woman who was very helpful and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 and not a 5 rating was because I have had to return to the dealership twice to sign and resign paperwork that should have been completed on the first visit (not my fault). This wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't live so far from North Olmstead, but since I do, it has been an inconvenience. If you come to Halleen, ask for Laura to be your saleswoman and when you are finalizing the sale with the finance manager, make sure all paperwork is signed. More
