As a rookie to purchasing a vehicle, I was uncertain about the process and apprehensive about even bothering. I could no longer see myself driving my current car, but wasnt sure if I would be eaten aliv about the process and apprehensive about even bothering. Laura was very affable and helpful from the first moment, and extremely patient as I learned the process and looked at cars. I made it clear how interested I was in the car I ended up buying, but she didn't use that as leverage in the sale, and helped me find an affordable plan. She legimately took the time to get to know me and introduced me to those assisting in the process. It was a painless. The kicker is, she saw a ding in my windshield on the way out and told me she would have someone contact me about fixing it free of charge, even if it meant replacing the windshield. Within 5 minutes of leaving I recieved a call from said company and have an appointment for them to come to my apartment and fix it. Bad people. I spoke to an 'Internet' Sales person (Nilda) who initially said that my application was looked at and if they had seen a need for a co-signer they would have mentioned this to me. There was no mention and now two weeks later, for a car of lesser value, I suddenly need an co-signer. Nilda, your notes are poorly kept. My husband and i werent looking to buy when we did, we were just wanted to test drive a few cars we saw online the day before. After speaking with laura, we knew we were in the right place. She was very helpfull and even helped us get our 1 1/2 year olds car seat in and out of the 2 cars we were looking at. We didnt feel rushed at all. Even though we werent looking to buy that day, we couldnt pass up the deal that we got on our 08 Nissan and we didnt want to deal with anyone else at any other dealership. After we got the car we noticed the rotors needed replaced because it sat at the dealership for a little while and it had rained alot. Laura actually went with me to the service department and talked to them with me. Within a few days i had them replaced with no problems and they were very fast and had my car returned to me washed and dryed within 2 hours. I am really pleased with Halleen Kia and with Laura. Our 2nd car that we have is getting old and we will probably replace it within a year and she is the first and only person we will be going to. I have already recomended Halleen to a few friends and family members even though most of them dont live in the area! More
