If you’re going to Hall Toyota for service, Chris Belcher should be the one you look for. He treats my vehicle as if it was his, is informative, and explains the process. Highly disappointed. $175.99 to be told the exact same message that was on the screen of our 2007 Camry Hybrid that we were able to read ourselves. Literally no work was attempted nor completed for that price since we were told it would have cost an additional estimate of another $180 to attempt to fix it by purchasing a map disk to install. We will never use Hall again, for either future purchases or for service. Was a complete waste of money for us. More

I took my car in for paint warranty. Was told I would get my car back in 1 week.. come to find out "Someone" dropped the ball.. along with them braking the windshield of car.. and servic Was told I would get my car back in 1 week.. come to find out "Someone" dropped the ball.. along with them braking the windshield of car.. and service manager didnt know anything about it. 2 weeks later told to come in and pick up my car.. I come to get it and paint job looks like shid. They keep it 1 more week to do it over... here I am again to pick up my car and now there's no state inspection on the windshield.. YAY me .. I get to wait even longer😡. Where is the accountability and quality inspection?????? Beyond frustrated. There is more important things to do with my time... but of course that's my problem not theirs.. My family and I have been long and loyal customers since the "Charles Barker" days.. This experience has definitely made me not want to return here and will look at going elsewhere. (Yeah that's what everyone says right?But I will Not ever refer anyone else to come here for service) HORRIBLE More
