My experience was amazing, he’s very personable and makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend and not just a car salesman. I’m sure he has never met a stranger a day in his life because it was never forced small talk that most salesmen do just to pass time and “build rapport” it felt completely genuine. I have been trying since March, when I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, to get a title for the car. One was sent to me with an information error. I returned it to the dealership where they vehicle from this dealership, to get a title for the car. One was sent to me with an information error. I returned it to the dealership where they assured me a corrected title would be sent to me as soon as posssible. Here I am in the middle of August still waiting for the title for this car. I have emailed the sales rep a couple of times and received no reply. Not sure what my next step is. But I thought writing a review might help. More
