Daughter bought a 2019 civic less than a month ago. Process was good, friendly, not pushy. She got a flat 03/23. Couldn't be fixed. Hole was on side wall, under car side. Called to find out information because there was no spare, no Jack, no lug nut wrench. Still haven't heard back. I guess it wasn't important enough because it wasn't their daughter's safety involved and stranded. Check EVERYTHING before you buy a used vehicle from there. More
