I drove two hours to get a car they had in stock and no one else did. They gave me a fair amount on my trade and even beat USAA on my loan rate. Cant say enough about them. Not sure if all your sales people do this, but I can assure you that that kind of personal touch is a great idea, too Lacy affering to actually pick me up at home (here in Norfolk) and driving me to your dealership to pick up my vehicle, and not forgetting, of course, Anthony's No-Nonsence appraoch in the final closing of the sale and finishing up the paper work etc. I would also like to mention Loni for his honesty some years back which actually is what brought me to Charles Baker to begin with, not to mention Date Lamb of past years and particualr advice from Don from time to time concerning an older Toyota pick-up I had you guys working on from time to time. I have spoken to Barack on the phone but not in person since our initial meeting, my wife and I pulled onto the lot and Barack greeted us by name. This was piece of mind that we where dealing with a professional dealership. I would ask the management at Charles Barker to personnaly prasie Barack in a public setting, you don't always find good salesman like him. Horrible customer service in the service department. We had had such horrible service at this dealership despite purchasing two cars from here. There has been no change in the quality of service people receive inthe two years we have been coming. If anything, it is getting worse. Charles Barker, you should speak with the customers who have had bad experiences to find out what is really going on rather than only looking at those that have a great experience. Most people will nt take the time to tell you what they really feel unless they are asked. You may offere great loyalty programs, but if you treat people this bad, than customers do not want to return for them. We may be able to purchase a car for a reasonable price and experience, but we will not be returning to your dealership for repairs. More
