Throughout the process, both Josh and Titus called or emailed on a regular basis to inform me the status of the car, whether it was at the port, estimated time or arrival, etc. When my car did arrive at the dealer, and I was on vacation, Josh emailed me a picture of the car on his day off. I never felt pressure during the purchasing / ordering of the automobile, both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were pleased with our purchase.
