He was the ONLY salesman that got back to me with everything I asked and I visited a LOT of other dealerships. Ray was very nice, courteous, ,personable and I never felt pressured to buy anything unlike other places I visited. He also gave me the best price. After going over all my options I ended up buying a new 2017 Rav4 Hybrid from Ray. The purchasing process was smooth, painless and they also gave me the price I asked for on my trade in vehicle. Shawanda processed and explained the paperwork quickly and accurately. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and she handled them in a professional and friendly manner. The whole process was very smooth and Paul was great at getting me enough information to make a decision. The test drive was great and they kept their word to fix some minor upholstery issues upon purchase at no extra charge even though in the end it couldn't be fixed and they had to reupholster the seat (still at no cost to us). While they were working on the upholstery issue, they gave us a loaner car so that our work day wouldn't be inconvenienced. The salesperson (Paul Bunch) was very good at sticking within the limitations and parameters we set as far as what I was looking for and price point. Paul was great to work with and followed up with me every step of the way. Even checked in a week or so after purchase just to make sure I was happy with the car. I highly recommend them and would purchase from them again in the future. More

The car hadn't been detailed yet and there was some mix up in that area causing a wait much too long which is why there are only 4 stars. Though our sales person even rolled up his sleeves and went over there to help get it done which is another point in his favor. More

"Amazing and non-painful car-buying experience" Just bought a car for our daughter there this weekend and it was such an amazing and non-painful experience. Non-painful because it was least stressful, fast and you don't feel like you were harassed into a bad deal at all. We are not rich but simple and hard working folks that save hard and buy the best of what we could afford for our family (the type that's rarely comfortable going into a car dealership lest we be uncomfortable and ripped off). Our exceptional sales associate Mr. Ray Aiden especially made the experience great, easy and comfortable enough for us to buy our daughter's car right there on the spot (even as they were only the 1st dealer we visited for her car amidst calling others too).
