In a world filled with on-line reservations, emails and text notifications, this personal touch is especially appreciated and really could make the difference between someone having a bad day and someone having a better day. So thanks for that. Second, everything is always explained and I never feel pressured into putting out more money than necessary. Everyone has always spoken to me respectfully and never in a condescending or belittling tone. This earns you major cool points in my book. Third, I bought my vehicle from Hall Nissan Virginia Beach in October 2010 and have been having my vehicle serviced at this location religiously since then. I totally understand the value of regular and preventive maintenance.
