They were ready to see us when we showed up, they started looking at the car immediately, and had the issue diagnosed and fixed probably within about two hours. More

Everything went well as usual and everyone was cordial respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. One of your service technicians in particular Dwayne provided impeccable customer service. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in processing my information and thoroughly explaining the specials that were available for my car's service needs. Dwayne also explain to me that there would be a certain amount of time and wait with the service that was needed which I expected being a Monday but after everything was over he apologized for the wait which was refreshing to hear. It's always good to see the younger professionals doing a great job. Thanks for all your help Dwayne and great job Nissan. More
