I've had nothing bu I purchased a 2008 Titan from Hall Nissan of VA Bch one year ago and I constantly rave about my experience with this dealership. I've had nothing but outstanding service experiences with this dealership since I purchasing my vehicle from them. Every visit exceeds my expectation as they consistently demonstrate their apparent belief that service is paramount. The most important thing for me has been the trust they've instilled through their professionalism, knowledge and genuine concern. Also very noteworthy is the cleanliness of the entire facility which is typically indicative of an efficiently-run organization. These are very tough times and I only conduct business with organizations who make an effort to show they appreciate my patronage and don't mind working to keep it. I don't know how Nissan evaluates their dealerships, but I can't imagine Hall would not be among those considered to be the best. More
