The service team, led by, Bernard, performs work to MY standard. I freely admit to being a demanding customer. My satisfaction does not come cheap. Awesome service I came in for an oil change and to have my back hatch checked. It stopped working and a part needed to be replaced. My warranty was up but only expire I came in for an oil change and to have my back hatch checked. It stopped working and a part needed to be replaced. My warranty was up but only expired a few months ago. Shannon was able to take care of the issue for me free of charge. She also informed me a brakes I needed and had them replaced while the car was in for an oil change. More
