Came in to have oil changed tires rotated and yearly inspection and the service manager Bernard Branch did the old bait and switch..printed up a service contract and told my wife to sign for the service inspection and the service manager Bernard Branch did the old bait and switch..printed up a service contract and told my wife to sign for the service..what she didn’t realize when he said “recommended service manager” she was signing for any and all recommended service per Nissan..so $882.00 later…we paid it but I have to say your deceptive business practices are top notch..she didn’t even approve the service on the text message we received but since she signed for it we were on the hook.. the sad thing is the lady waiting behind me said it happened to her…dishonest business practices will catch up with you sir. More
An update : service manager Teeia reached out and again , took my car in . They can not “duplicate “ the issue . Yet again im stuck with the same issue over and over again because they want can’t find where took my car in . They can not “duplicate “ the issue . No person should have to drive a vehicle where the doors unlock while you’re randomly driving .Or, they don’t know why the light comes on my dash board saying engine failure reduce power . I think it’s very unprofessional to want a customer to deal with such . I filled up my tank before taking my car to the service department , after picking it up they drove a quarter of tank of gas out , and then informed me they had no way to put gas back in my car . Yet , giving me a rental and told me that it must be returned back on full . I’ll say it over and over again , I am highly disappointed in the service that I’ve been receiving from this place . Josh is no help , as he thinks paying $800 or more for a car note is okay . They all understand something is wrong with the car . My car has been bought back to the service department 5 times already and I’ve only had it since September . If only I could reach someone higher and receive the help that I need . I’ve purchased plenty of cars before and this has to be the worst experience I could have ever done this time around . Beware before making a purchase with this dealership!! More

My initial visit here was pleasant . However 3 different times I have bought my car back due to something being wrong with it . Each time they told me the car was okay . The very last time I had to get my car towed to the shop because a message came up saying “ engine malfunction reduce power “. Once getting my car towed they looked at it 2 days later and stated nothing is wrong . They can’t recreate the problem . The general manager then stated he would switch me into something else . Which of course means they know something is wrong with the car . He got me approved for a 2024 Altima , however my car payment was going to go up an extra $200. This place is such a rip off & just trying to sale to everyone who falls for their crap . Make sure if you go here you take a mechanic with you . I will never go back again , and will not recommend anyone . More

The experiences I have had with Mile One and Hall Nissan VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents have relayed how thrilled they are with the purchasing experience. Fast forward to this week I noticed my daughter was due for service on her vehicle. I contacted Mile One who handles this for Hall Nissan VB. Brandi was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. She was able to accommodate my pick up time request for early in the morning the very next day. What I loved the most about the service was the constant contact you receive. I got a text message when they left Hall and was on the way to pick up the vehicle along with a tracker so I knew exactly where they were at all times. While in route I received a 10 minute and 3 minute alert advising me where they were. Once they promptly arrived Jasper and Robert were professional and accommodating. I advised them I desperately needed the vehicle back by a certain time and they promised me they would alert the technicians and try their best to make it happen. And to my surprise I received the vehicle back within 2 hours as promised in perfect condition and service allowing my daughter was able to get to her school practice in time. Overall I am thankful for the pick up and delivery service Hall offers. 10/10 ... highly recommend. More
