I have never received such Excellent Customer Service than the Nissan Dealership on Bonney Road, Va. Beach. Normally when you purchase a car you typically are introduced to the General Manager upon comp than the Nissan Dealership on Bonney Road, Va. Beach. Normally when you purchase a car you typically are introduced to the General Manager upon completion of the sale. Not at Nissan on Bonney Road. From the start the General Manager (Chris Lark) was TOTALLY INVOLVED in the purchase of my vehicle for me as the customer. Most General Managers sit behind a desk and run numbers. Not Chris Lark. He took us out in the golf cart to see what type of vehicle I would be interested in purchasing. He knew exactly what I was looking for and found it. He took sooooo much time out of his day to help us. I will always refer anyone and everyone to Nissan on Bonney Road. I had the BEST TIME EVER purchasing my car at Nissan on Bonney Road. The sales person Rick Sanchez was very knowleagable about the vehicle that I purchased. He had soooo much patience with me because I was undecieded about which car to purchase and the color. He found the car that I liked but I didn't like the color. So he found the color that I liked and I got far more car than I ever could have imagined to get. He took the time to set up bluetooth, phonebook contacts, navigation system and a host of electronic features the car came equipped with. More
I dont normally deal with Dealer for repairs of my vehicles but since I have the extended warranty on my used Murano, why not. My wife and I are leasing a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder. Hall Nissan's service department is awesome! We have been dealing with Buddy Burris and Ron Watson for our vehicle's service. One day about a month ago Nissan's service department is awesome! We have been dealing with Buddy Burris and Ron Watson for our vehicle's service. One day about a month ago my wife called frantically about the vehicle not starting. She was with our two year old son who was crying, etc. I left my office to pick her up and drive her over to my mother-in-law's school. We called Nissan and they offered to send a tow truck to pickup the pathfinder. Well their tow truck was busy so Buddy Burris offered to ride with my wife back to the vehicle and he personally jumped the vehicle and drove the vehicle back to the shop where they had to replace the battery! They then detailed the vehicle for free !! We love Buddy and the entire crew! More
I BOUGHT MY NEW NISSAN SENTRA THERE AND HAD IT SERVICED. I FOUND MR. BRANCH TO BE QUITE KNOWLEDGEBLE ABOUT ALL FACETS OF THE CAR. HE EVEN WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME RECCOMENDATIONS ABOUT MY OLDER CARS. I WAS SO IM I FOUND MR. BRANCH TO BE QUITE KNOWLEDGEBLE ABOUT ALL FACETS OF THE CAR. HE EVEN WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME RECCOMENDATIONS ABOUT MY OLDER CARS. I WAS SO IMPRESSIVE THAT I HAD MY HONDA SERVICED ALSO. THE OTHER EMPLOYEES THEIR WERE VERY NICE ALSO. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHEN I LEAVE THERE AND I CAN FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT MY AUTOMOBILE IS RUNNING TO IT'S OPTIMAL PERFORMACE. More
Everyone (perticuly the service department) have been very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. I have no concerns when I was buying the car. I have purchased a 2002 Frontier SE-V6 4X4 Crew Cab, a 2004 Titan LE 4x4 Crew Cab, and a 2007 Versa, new from this dealership since 2002.
