Bought an Altima from Carmax with some serious issues two days later. They told me I had to take it to the dealership (Halls Nissan) which was across the street. Maya was my service representative. All I can say is two and a half serious issues ( the half was the mechanic who didn't tighten some bolts back and half a mile down the road I had to be towed back to shop) but Maya was on point and I was back on the road in 15 mins. Maya was great with her quick actions and awesome customer service. I give 5 stars to Maya! Ms. Shivers More

I was provided an offer over the phone. I agreed and asked the salesman to send me the agreement before I drove in. He did not but asked me to come in anyway. The fact that this dealership is the self proclaimed "#1 dealer in the southeast" (or whatever catch phrase they add to the end of each conversation) cannot be for their customer service nor honesty conside dealer in the southeast" (or whatever catch phrase they add to the end of each conversation) cannot be for their customer service nor honesty considering they sold a vehicle I had requested to hold and yet they still strung me along for 2 more days until I found out. Saturday evening I accidentally contacted the VA Beach location for a vehicle located at the Chesapeake store (thanks, Google ads) but the GSM was quick to give me a call and tout their dealership and confirmed the car was in stock and they could transfer it no problem. Immediately after I was contacted by a sales person who again confirmed the car was available. On Monday I started negotiations with said sales person, where I was informed of their $3000 add on package (which was closer to about $1000 in upgrades), and that "ALL dealerships have a Market Adjustment of anywhere from 5k-10k on top of MSRP". I had a local dealer that was not adding a market adjustment nor any options packages, and Hall VB emphatically stated they'd beat my dealers written offer by $500. Monday afternoon I made an appointment for Friday to make the 7 hour round trip and sent them the other dealer's offer the next morning. I asked if a deposit was necessary and was told that it was not because they could pull the car from inventory and "hide it" so nobody would know where it was. I chased them for 2 more days, even offering to make the drive Tues, Wed, or Thurs trying to get a response, and finally called the Chesapeake location directly on Thursday. I was informed that the car had already been sold, but VA Beach had yet to contact me to let me know. I emailed them to confirm, and was told that the car was effectively sold on Tuesday but that they were "about to call [me] to let [me] know the status of it and that I'm trying to find another one." All around, the dealer seemed questionable from the beginning as they would never give me a number in writing but rather said they'd make sure the trip was worth my time. My emails direct to the salesperson kept being replied to by other people (internet manager, GSM), and it seemed that none of them were talking to each other. I'd definitely steer clear of this dealer and their tactics. Maybe it would have gone better in person. More

Adam was a great guy to work with. I purchased my car from him August of 2021 and he helped me through the entire process. I had no credit no down payment and only a co-signer to help I purchased my car from him August of 2021 and he helped me through the entire process. I had no credit no down payment and only a co-signer to help so it made life so east being able to get out. He also suggested refinancing after a year or 2 and helped me set my self up for my future. Also my 2016 veloster is an absolute joy to drive. I will say I got the diamond ceramic and wanted it detailed which neither were done but that isn’t on Adam instead that is on Hall Nissan.
