The experiences I have had with Mile One and Hall Nissan VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents VB have been highly exceptional. My parents purchased my daughter a brand new vehicle in September 2023. Although I wasn't apart of that, my parents have relayed how thrilled they are with the purchasing experience. Fast forward to this week I noticed my daughter was due for service on her vehicle. I contacted Mile One who handles this for Hall Nissan VB. Brandi was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. She was able to accommodate my pick up time request for early in the morning the very next day. What I loved the most about the service was the constant contact you receive. I got a text message when they left Hall and was on the way to pick up the vehicle along with a tracker so I knew exactly where they were at all times. While in route I received a 10 minute and 3 minute alert advising me where they were. Once they promptly arrived Jasper and Robert were professional and accommodating. I advised them I desperately needed the vehicle back by a certain time and they promised me they would alert the technicians and try their best to make it happen. And to my surprise I received the vehicle back within 2 hours as promised in perfect condition and service allowing my daughter was able to get to her school practice in time. Overall I am thankful for the pick up and delivery service Hall offers. 10/10 ... highly recommend. More

Even though Josh Headen responded to all my questions the responses were not overly satisfactory in my opinion. NOW since they have not paid the Nissan Rogue off that I traded in a month ago, I had a paymen responses were not overly satisfactory in my opinion. NOW since they have not paid the Nissan Rogue off that I traded in a month ago, I had a payment for a vehicle I no longer own come out of my bank account. No one said this was a possibility. I called and spoke to Richard Broadway in Finance on 11/24 and he said they had just received the title and would have sent the check out to pay off the Rogue. After all is said and done the Corporate office would have to repay me the amount drafted out of my bank account. I asked if this could take up to a month and he said he hoped not, but he could not say yes or no. So I am paying for a vehicle I don't have and have not had since 10/28/23. I don't know about you but I need my money. Those funds were earmarked for bills, not an erroneous Nissan vehicle payment, especially this time of year. I feel like all I do is get the run around and appeased enough to keep me quiet. Not happy. More

My car was recently totalled which put me back in the market to buy a new car. I haven't purchased a new car in almost 13 years. Kimberly (very punctual) from Hall Nissan, was the first to reach out a market to buy a new car. I haven't purchased a new car in almost 13 years. Kimberly (very punctual) from Hall Nissan, was the first to reach out and set me up with Andrea (world class customer service agent) who facilitated the entire process. Andrea and the team (Taylor and Joel) were all patient, professional, and efficient. They did not miss a beat while addressing all of my primary concerns related to getting the right car - at the best price. Thank you Andrea.
