I have received a mail from a bank regarding the application to a loan I was not interested in, I was told they were "checking the credit score" not sending a loan application. Not only at the deale application to a loan I was not interested in, I was told they were "checking the credit score" not sending a loan application. Not only at the dealership they were embarrassingly rude in the management of the potential sale, but they DID NOT tell the truth with what they were doing with my id. They had told they would check the credit score but THEY SUBMITTED THE LOAN APPLICATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT More

My entire family and myself bring our cars to this dealership. We don't all have Nissans but what we have in common is our love for the customer service and how they get it right the first time, wheth dealership. Bought out my lease and the finance manager “completed” the processing paperwork however a month has gone by and the DMV has received nothing and my bank has yet to get the title.
