Every employee I have encountered at Hall Mazda was always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford always courteous and advised me in a way that I understood. At no time with any vehicle that I have had serviced there, from my Mazda RX-8 to my Ford F-150, have I felt that I was being misled. All of the employees I have worked with (to include a few mechanics) were always eager to SHOW me my problem, not just tell me what it was. They also described in detail what may have caused it, what they would do to fix it, and what I can do to prevent it from happening again. They don't fill you full of technical "mumbo-jumbo" and they get straight to the point. Though nobody likes to pay dealer prices for things, Hall Mazda has definitely kept their prices low and competitive and I will continue to take my vehicles to them and recommend this dealer to anybody for any reason. More
After having a horrible experience at another local Mazda dealership, I came to Hall Mazda for service on my 2002 Miata. My issue was not an easy or apparent fix, and Chip spent lots of time with my car, to dealership, I came to Hall Mazda for service on my 2002 Miata. My issue was not an easy or apparent fix, and Chip spent lots of time with my car, to figure out my issue. He seemed very knowledgeable with what he was doing and it made me feel confident that he would be able to fix my car. Bruce, my service writer, kept me updated at all times on the progress of the car and all the steps that were being taken to repair it. I am very happy with the entire process, they were friendly and very helpful and I really appreciated the fact that they kept me updated on the repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone for Mazda service! More
Kudos to Greg in Service Dept! He puts the customer first & makes sure the work is done right the first time. I generally don't trust dealer service depts, but Greg has a great attitude, is a pleasure first & makes sure the work is done right the first time. I have a 08 Mazda 3 with 20,000 miles on it. I went in for service because the engine was making a frequent rumbling sound and the break rotors appeared warped. It was suggested that the rumbling sound wa for service because the engine was making a frequent rumbling sound and the break rotors appeared warped. It was suggested that the rumbling sound was normal (NOT) and they wanted me to pay to have another set of INADEQUATE rotors installed. I have a another make vehicle with a 177,000 plus miles on it and only replaced the rotors once, go figure. The service dept displayed little to no understanding and seemingly took little to no time to figure out the problem or cause thereof. More

I've been a repeat customer of Hall Mazda for over 7 years. Their customer service is the BEST that I've found anywhere! If my vehicle needs a repair, it's fixed RIGHT, the first time and at a reasonabl years. Their customer service is the BEST that I've found anywhere! If my vehicle needs a repair, it's fixed RIGHT, the first time and at a reasonable cost. I've had everything from an engine replaced, to common oil changes. All accomplished in a timly manner. The mechanics seem to treat my vehicles as their own. They are always alert to something that may need attention in the future, and advising what is needed and what ISN'T needed, to maintain my vehicles in top condition. I purchased a new Nissan Titan P/U last July and had them do the first oil change on my P/U, rather than taking it to the Nissan dealer, which is located 5 miles closer to my house. That's how I feel about the overall experience at Hall Mazda. Everyone that I have encountered at the dealership over the years, have always been friendly. From the sales department to the lot attendents. They ALL appear to enjoy their jobs. The overall experience that I have enjoyed at Hall Mazda, is reflected in them winning the GOLD CUP award, year after year, after year. So, obviously, my experiences at their dealership are not an exception, but the way they treat all of their customers. I've purchased two, new vehicles from Hall Mazda in the last 7 years. I shopped around, as there are several Mazda dealerships in the area. Their final price on my vehicles wasn't matched by any of the other dealers. And their prices for routine service, are inline with other Mazda dealers in the area. More
Very rude and seems to be a shady operation now. I took my car in to have a radio replaced and they told me I needed new BRAKES! (???!) I do not feel confident with taking my car there for service now, be my car in to have a radio replaced and they told me I needed new BRAKES! (???!)
