I spoke with Virgil, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, and although I couldn’t make a deal that day, I know who I will be speaking with and where I will do business when my lease expires. Busy Saturday I had a scheduled service that ended up taking 2.5 hours. I was a little frustrated, but I had plenty of work on my computer so I wasn’t in too much o I had a scheduled service that ended up taking 2.5 hours. To my surprise, Mr. Kavula was very generous and handled everything for me due to my prolonged wait. While the service time wasn’t convenient, his care was excellent. Wes was my service consultant today and he couldn’t have done a better job. I had been told it would take an hour and a half for the service, but Wes assured me it would not take that long and it didn’t. When the work was completed, Wes told me exactly what had been done and sent me on my merry way. Every one in the service department as well as in the show room made me feel very special. I will definitely request Wes when I return. More
