Hall Mazda - Service Center

Nothing was good about this service call My car was left the night before and the service rep acknowledged it at 7:37 am. After sending the diagnosis to the incorrect e-mail, which I correcte My car was left the night before and the service rep acknowledged it at 7:37 am. After sending the diagnosis to the incorrect e-mail, which I corrected twice, contact with Hailey was impossible. Calls were unanswered. It took 3 calls and 3 hrs later to finally get the repairs ordered - of course it was then near lunch, many other vehicles were now in front of mine for repairs. I had to call repeatedly to find out the status of the work. When I arrived to pick up my car I was given the wrong invoice and keys to a car not belonging to me. The repair that was necessary was something that previously was on extended warranty as it was a problem for this model. No one ever told me about this and of course the warranty period has recently expired. This was a part that should have lasted the life of the car. I'm done with Hall Mazda. More
