Robert Pena has provided excellent service since I bought my Mazda CX30 in November of 2021. He follows-up with his clients to ensure they are still happy with their vehicle. Yesterday, I couldn't get in my my Mazda CX30 in November of 2021. He follows-up with his clients to ensure they are still happy with their vehicle. Yesterday, I couldn't get in my car because the battery had died. He patiently talked me through accessing the key, giving me suggestions as to what could be wrong. Robert went beyond the extra mile by checking if my battery was still under warranty and giving me instructions on how to take care of it. He then went out of his way to come and jump my car with his personal vehicle so I could get home! And he followed up with me today to make sure everything was ok. I first met Jon when I visited Hall Mazda looking to trade in my Chevy truck and wanting to get into a Mazda. I am so happy to have made the drive to Hall. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and dir trade in my Chevy truck and wanting to get into a Mazda. I am so happy to have made the drive to Hall. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and directed to wait for Jon to come meet me. Jon was very knowledgeable and he walked me through the process. I bought my CX-5 July 2021. Due to the pandemic and being unemployed, I only put 4K miles on it in a year. I originally hear the clanging noise the day I brought my car home. Due to the pandemic and being unemployed, I only put 4K miles on it in a year. I originally hear the clanging noise the day I brought my car home. Lack of driving it, I forgot about it, until I got a job this past March. It has taken a few months of driving it to determine where the noise was coming from. I took the car in and they couldn't hear the noise while driving. So Kamal let me drive him around to hit the right spots to make the noise. I had mentioned that this noise was present when I purchased the car, they located the problem (broken brackets for the brake calipers). They had to keep it for a few days, I recieved a loaner car, they repaired it, and when I came in to get my car, to my surprise, there was no charge! I was also having trouble unlocking the door, and Kamal changed the battery in my key fob, again, no charge and it works perfectly now. Shane was my service writer and he was also very accomodating and helpful. He kept me informed of what was going on and was very helpful when I had to bring my daughter's car in. All in all, this dealership is top notch! You always hear, "Don't take it to the dealership, they cost too much!" Well, even though I have a great mechanic that I've used for years, I will definately return to Hall Mazda for all my car needs! More
