Horrible Service Experience Went in for new tires and service on October 18th after being told about the VW service Credit Card and Mail in Rebate for service. This dealership advertises the card all over their shop and on the sales floor, yet NO ONE knew anything about it when I presented it for payment. After weeks of going back and forth with them they finally were able to charge the service to the VW Service Credit Card as promised and advertised. Now the statement for the card says that they finally charged the service on Nov 28th! And now the rebate is getting denied because the service date does not match the date on the statement. More

His down to earth explanation of the service required was refreshing. The Mazda we had repaired was my fifteen year old son's first car. He treated us like family and even shared his family with us. He went above and beyond to insure we had an exceptional customer service experience. I would strongly recommend service here at Hall Mazda and we will return if need arises. Thank You Mike! More
Overcharged and over serviced for tire. Was charged $280 for a single tire replacing a 6 1/2 month old tire that they said couldn't be patched. They said tire would not fill with air, I filled it twice at home with my compressor. It had a small hole and after talking to two friends in auto repair, I am told that the tire should have been patched. Shame on me for being taken advantage of. I will not be back. I wonder how much business they have lost from me. More
Buying my passat I took my 2017 Mazda in to obtain a 2nd key fob; ended up getting a 2015 VW Passat. So much happier with my VW. Car buying made easy. I traded up my 2013 Passat for a much more advanced 2017 Passat. It was a pleasure to purchase this car from Scott Helper. I had an issue where it was telling me the AdBlue was low, even though it was filled. After diagnostics, I was asked to OK further inspection which would cost me. Once that was done, the issue was found, but it was not listed as a recall item. However, thanks to a very dedicated service writer named Jessica Downing, she got VW to agree it should be covered. The issue then came into play the part wasn't available so she went out of her way to get me into a rental so I would not be late for a prior engagement. I have always had wonderful experiences with the service department at Hall, but Jessica really made the experience much more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend anyone with an issue to seek her out for an above the bar experience! More
Rude and Incompetent Service "Consultant" Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my Service staff was EXTREMELY rude & NOT knowledgeable AT ALL! I brought my 2012 Mazda 3i with only ~65,000mi in for service, because I couldn't put my stick shift into gear. Their comments were, "Verified customer concern...no visible issues...needs clutch." I was furious because they were going to charge me $1600 to replace my clutch (AND flywheel) that only has 65,000mi on it!! I got a second opinion and all signs were pointing to the master cylinder. I went to advance auto, spent $45 on a new master cylinder, installed it myself, and now the car runs like the day I bought it! NEVER going back here, and would not recommend this place to a friend. More

Our CX5 kept losing all the pre-sets and I called about it. I spoke with a man who was not very helpful the last time this happened. This time I was lucky and got Jessica on the phone. She immediately said what it might be (instead of saying that I might just want an upgrade on my 2016 car...yes...he said that) and said to bring it in and they would take a look. She was very nice and said they would fix my problem...and they did. THANKS. More

Even though the service department was closed, Kevin Cronin let us pull into the bay, He tried to fill the tire, but the stem was bad. Another gentlemen brought over a floor jack so we could put on the spare. Kevin even offered us coffee. They were very kind - we didn't feel like we were a bother to them. It was so nice to be able to change a tire in a warm garage rather than out on the road in he cold & dark. Thanks Hall & Kevin! More
