Purchased my first car here in 2018 and had a great experience. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing my vehicle (oil changes, routine maintenance, added accessories). However, I have been VERY experience. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing my vehicle (oil changes, routine maintenance, added accessories). However, I have been VERY disappointed with the service staff. The actual service that is completed meets expectations but the customer service is terrible. There is lack of communication between service associates, the secretary is ALWAYS rude and appears to be in a terrible mood (always has attitude), and updates on the vehicle are almost never provided. I will still continue to receive my service here, but sure hope there are some changes within this dealership. Additionally, I recently added on accessories to my Mazda and did not receive any instruction on how to use them nor did I get a review of pricing for my receipt. Thus, the only knowledgeable service associate that I could recommend is Mike as he adequately communicates, is familiar/educated on the services, and polite. I would not recommend any other service associates. More

Came in for tire repair,ordered tire day before apt.was told tire would be there for apt next day..arrived for apt. Waited for 20 min, Matt came and told me tire not there,why did you not check before apt told tire would be there for apt next day..arrived for apt. Before you come and tell me tires not there,?? Not good customer service! Plus car check tells me other tires are rated a 5 out of 10..bought car from you last oct.2019 and I don't drive much,so you sold me a car with tires that aren't that good..also don't like that I can't write a check as payment for service, and car wash is never working when I come in. Still waiting on Call I took my vehicle in to get my heat in the driver's seat fixed. I called back the same day, Jan 3rd to inform them that the heat still is not working. I was told they would do some research and get back to me by Monday, that call has yet to come and it is Jan 15th. Very poor customer service. I was treated great when I was there and felt confident when I left the dealer. I am not happy that I still have not received a call back. I do not feel like I should have to call and ask. I will not be going back and make sure to let family and friends know about the poor service. More
Worst service ever I have bought 2 VW SUVs in the past 2 years, service for oil change or recalls have been a nightmare. My husband owns a TDI Tiguan and the mechanics a I have bought 2 VW SUVs in the past 2 years, service for oil change or recalls have been a nightmare. My husband owns a TDI Tiguan and the mechanics at this place do not know how to change the oil, when they do, they overflow the system despite having plenty of computer alerts telling them that they are. When we return the vehicle to get the problem fix they then put less oil than indicated just because they seem to cannot know how to do it the right way. All of these happened months ago, we gave it a chance and took the car back for a new oil change and this time (again) they state they need to keep the car over the weekend (despite the fact that the appointment for the oil change was made over a week ago ) because they have backed up work from the week. The do not offer any alternatives or provide service car. do they think people just have spare cars? We own cars because we need them not because we can spend 4 days + inconveniences for them to do something that should take them 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. I own a 2018 Atlas and same thing, the car has a nagging noise (that it did not have when we bought it), results of the mechanics inspection? Use it like that , the ones have the same noise that is just part of the car. If I wanted an old sounding car I would not have bought a new car to begin with! Incompetent is the only way to describe this place. As much I love VW I would never by a car here again. More
Poor quality vehicles, incompetent dealer experience! 1 star only because the staff has been courteous. However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine is 1 star only because the staff has been courteous. However, the 2012 CX-9 I purchased new from this dealership has been nothing but problems (engine issues causing the vehicle to fail emissions at 20k miles, complete brake replacement well before expectation, rear window washer issues, rear brake light issues, and transfer case needed to be replaced at 60k miles - to name a few). So many issues that Mazda provided an employee discount certificate to buy a replacement; however, Hall Mazda could not provide competitive pricing as I was able to get stronger offer from other dealers without even referencing the discount. During the last issues with Transfer Case replacement, the vehicle needed to be returned four times and we continue to have issues that are unresolved. Expect a dealer who will not root cause your vehicle issues, perform only the minimal fixes after they leave your vehicle in worse shape than you start with. Worst experience I have had, period. But today stood out because I was helped by the wonderful Theresa. Her customer service is above and beyond. She's midwest in every where possible - which makes the service process of owning a vehicle a breeze. She keeps you updated and informed throughout the whole process.
