Specifically asked our sales person Andrew Colegrove if our vehicle came with garage door opener. He answered in the affirmative. With the Christmas holiday we didn't get out to sync up until a few days after delivery. Discovered the car does not have garage opening capability. When he answered "yes" to the question, guess we should have replied "show us the button." The car had almost 400 miles on it at time of delivery. No one bothered to verbalize this. Noticed this fact in the "fine print" as the saying goes after the contract was signed and we were bound. We were not given the adapter at time of delivery. When Andrew Colegrove realized his negligence, he phoned and expected us to drive over to pick up rather than suggesting shipping to us. More

My husband and I were very impressed with Dayne Piehl. He not only got us into the car we wanted but worked with finance and stayed within our budget. Dayne Piehl will do everything in his power to help you find what you want. Dayne Peihl is awesome! This dealership is so friendly, honest and upfront. We also worked with Jake Couture, the business manager and he was very friendly and helpful. They all explain things very well and the service is exceptional. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate an 11! I am confident this dealership will meet our needs in the future. The whole staff seemed really nice. More
Took my new Jetta in for it's first service and asked them to look at a wheel shimmy. They fixed the wheel shimy but tore up my tire and chewed up my wheel. Picked up the Jetta in the dark and didn't not them to look at a wheel shimmy. They fixed the wheel shimy but tore up my tire and chewed up my wheel. Picked up the Jetta in the dark and didn't notice it for a few days. Husband took it back and they denied and blamed on me (the same person who got them the new car sale in the first place). Damage is such that it could be done by anyone but a service shop. I now need a new tire and rim on a car with less than 6k miles because of the complete incompetence of the Hall service tech. BEWARE OF HALLS SERVICE DEPT! More
I rarely write these types of reviews, but after today's service I feel compelled. Hall VW has serviced a few of my cars across the past 3 years. In each case they have treated my car as if it belonged service I feel compelled. Hall VW has serviced a few of my cars across the past 3 years. In each case they have treated my car as if it belonged to one of their family members. VW's are expensive to maintain; it isn't that my cars have broken down regularly or anything of that sort because I find them to be very reliable. VW's just aren't cars that every shop in town can or should work on; thankfully Hall VW is readily available. They do a nice job to offset some of the expense that comes with working on these cars by providing monthly coupons and running specials. I have found them to be a good resource for suggesting preventative services that will save me money and directing me to wait on other services whenever feasible. I guess what I am saying is that they are regular guys that understand that auto repairs can be costly and they do whatever they can to limit those costs. I have found the shop to be extremely honest and friendly. The fact that they have expanded their service hours to include 12 hour days and long hours on the weekend makes it so much easier to schedule my car for repairs around my kids' sports, scouts, and school activities. Today I brought my car in for a check engine light and a rough idle. The prognosis was pretty grim and I was informed the fix was going to run me over $500 parts and labor. They took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions. They did not become defensive or impatient and when I requested that they further investigate the problem they agreed without hesitation. I received a call back later this afternoon and was informed that the repair costs were going to be completely covered by the dealership. When I asked why I was told that they found something that they should have caught 4 weeks earlier when I had brought my car in for routine service. Let me be clear... there is no indication that they caused this problem, but they stepped up and took responsibility for the repairs. What other shop do you know that would ever do this? I'm not a mechanic and how would I ever have known. If you are looking for friendly, honest, and skilled mechanics then you are looking for the folks at Hall VW. I can't guarantee that they are going to fix your ride for free, but I have no doubt they will perform professionally and you will be pleased with the results. More
Everyone I worked with was very nice and not at all pushy throughout the entire process. They worked with me to get what I wanted in the nicest car I could get for my situation and desired price point. The v throughout the entire process. It was just out of reach at the sticker price so they did everything they could with that and the trade in to make it happen. More
Have been buying here for some time and have consistanly positive experiences in both sales and service. I have been in other dealerships and seen screaming matches, salespeople smoking and spitting, and o positive experiences in both sales and service. I wanted to post comments on my recent service visit at Hall. I am new to the area, and brought my 2005 Jetta in for service. My car is now out of the factory warranty and I was apprehensive of what cost Hall. I am new to the area, and brought my 2005 Jetta in for service. The service manager took the time to explain to me in detail the codes that were causing this, and the fix was diagnosed properly. The folks at Hall were real nice and I intend to return there for my service work. More

I purchased my car there 2 years ago, but didn't realize this rating site existed until now! Overall, the service I got from them was horrible. I just feel that they had bad customer service and did not care at all about my best interest. Not only that, but everyone I encountered had a bad attitude and acted like they were doing me a favor.
