JAKE CONTURE internet sale did not honor I was looking at their car online and did a lot of "dealing" online via email. I made an appointment with Jake Conture, the business manager whom I have been emailing back and forth, on Friday to get in on Monday to finalized the paper process but came Monday's morning. He email me stating the car was sold over the weekend. I never received an apology from this man, also, I believed that he should put this vehicle 'on hold pending sale' since he was talking with me and took me through the process. The way this manager conducted business for me is just wrong and very unprofessional. Maybe, it is not for him or people in his field because they needs the sale of a car in order to get commission but they should at least value their customer. More

She understood immediately what I was looking for and worked to get the car for me. Willingly she showed me options, made suggestions, helped me get what I think was the best deal on my car.
