Came in for tire repair,ordered tire day before apt.was told tire would be there for apt next day..arrived for apt. Waited for 20 min, Matt came and told me tire not there,why did you not check before apt told tire would be there for apt next day..arrived for apt. Before you come and tell me tires not there,?? Not good customer service! Plus car check tells me other tires are rated a 5 out of 10..bought car from you last oct.2019 and I don't drive much,so you sold me a car with tires that aren't that good..also don't like that I can't write a check as payment for service, and car wash is never working when I come in. There are actually many great people working here and have had some good experiences in the past. Always treated well by the sales staff on the floor and service personnel, but the used car manager wasn’ have had some good experiences in the past. Always treated well by the sales staff on the floor and service personnel, but the used car manager wasn’t personable, had a bit of an ego, was insulting and wasn’t interested in talking in a respectful way to a loyal customer whose been going to this dealership for several years for car purchases servicing vehicles as well as choosing them for a past insurance claim repair (10,000+). After being told no budging was going to happen on my trade (I knew was with more). I decided to check elsewhere. I was able to get $1800 more for my trade in Sheboygan at Van Horn VW, plus an additional $934 off of the exact same vehicle MSRP. Not sure being a loyal customer means the same thing to everyone. So that’s where being a customer ends and a new one begins Elsewhere. I’ll just leave it at that. More

We went back to Hall and presented them our research on new car deals and everything went absolutely great from that point on. From Mike, our salesman to Matt, the sales manager to Ziggy, the finance manager, we were treated wonderfully. No pressure, no jumping through hoops to make things happen, no hassles; just a very friendly exchange of information and ideas all the way through. We couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated and the deal we were able to agree on. We have always received very good service from their service department. We highly recommend Hall imports to anyone looking for a new or used Mazda or VW. More

Mike is the only reason we bought two cars from this dealership. Of all the interactions we had at dealerships and with the staff at those dealerships it was Mike that made the difference. We have experienced a life with the struggles of a family member battling addiction. We have learned from our life story that character counts for much.
