My 2011 Honda Accord was running poorly and we were 100 miles from home. Stopped in there, everyone was very pleasant, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem fix it and we were on our way. Spark pl miles from home. Stopped in there, everyone was very pleasant, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem fix it and we were on our way. Spark plugs hadn’t been change ever... pretty good for 180,000 miles! Great customer service!! And a great car! More

Pro Tow took my car to the dealership & when I arrived at the dealership Shannon already diagnosed the problem. It was the battery. I got there about an hour after the the tow truck. Shannon got the battery the dealership Shannon already diagnosed the problem. It was the battery. I got there about an hour after the the tow truck. Shannon got the battery installed & with the hour I was on my way back to Kill Devil Hills. Just recently moved here from PA. Will have my car service at Hall Honda. More
