He answered with yes sir and yes ma'am which is something you don't hear a lot of these days. The transaction was quick but efficient. He answered all the questions before we even asked. The other associates that we talked with was also very friendly. It was one of the greatest experiences we've ever had purchasing a car. Kudos to that Hall Honda Team. More
Lies, overcharging, and a broke down car. Recently had my girlfriend take her car in for basic maintenance, we were told we'd receive a call when it was ready and went on our way. After 2+ hou Recently had my girlfriend take her car in for basic maintenance, we were told we'd receive a call when it was ready and went on our way. After 2+ hours we drove by and saw the car was sitting outside complete and we just hadn't been notified, no big deal. My biggest issue is we were quoted for a rear control arm and alignment being told the bushings were completely shot, an axle seal was recommended, and a timing belt and water pump replacement. The timing belt quote seemed high so I contacted 2 other Honda dealers who quoted me the same repair for nearly $300 less. Skip forward a few weeks to my BIGGEST ISSUES, while out of state the car breaks down, turns out the transmission was below half on fluid which should have been checked on the multipoint. We were recommended the seal but they failed to tell us how bad it was leaking. Instead they tried pushing the rear control arm and alignment repair first, come to find out ALL THE BUSHING ARE FINE WITHOUT CRACKS. They also tried to BS my girlfriend by saying "the cost will be higher because the parts are rare and hard to find". Its a 94 Civic, I can have everything they recommended over nighted to any parts store in the city (I know because I checked with 3 of them). So they tried pushing a false repair, failed to tell us about a severe issue, failed to do a proper multipoint inspection, and tried to justify a ridiculous price increase with a lie. You either have an incompetent tech or a employee with questionable morals that have resulted in a tow bill and being stuck out of state. Either way we will never be bringing our vehicles back to this location due to the questionable events that have taken place. More

DEQUAN PERRY My car broke last week the night before my family was supposed to leave the outer banks to come home. I had my car towed to Hall Honda to get fixed. In all my years owning cars I have never used a dealership for service. Given my situation I felt most comfortable sending it to the nearest Honda dealership. What I have experienced with Hall and specifically with Dequan Perry was nothing short of spectacular. His attentiveness to my situation and his communication with me was amazing. It was the best customer service experience I have ever had in any industry. I appreciate what Dequan did for me and how he helped me through the situation. More
