He listened to you and actually had a conversation about what I wanted in a car. He gave you what you asked for when you walked in - a great deal, a fair price and a great vehicle. I think the whole process was 2 hours and that included picking up the car a few days later and signing all the paperwork. I would recommend Art and his team anyday.
