We were greeted and made welcome by manager, Nick and joined by the very friendly and knowledgeable , Danielle. The entire staff we met were all very friendly and professional . We even got a personal tour and a meet and greet of the facilities. We were impressed with this dealership. We felt we got a good deal and a fair trade for our trade in vehicle. My only concern with the entire buying experience was the $649.00 "PROCESSING FEE" that we were charged. It's the highest I've ever seen and no one could tell me what is for. Over all we are happy and love our new 2016 Honda Odyssey and look forward to visiting again in the future for our regular dealer service. More
