Go see T.J. Johnson at Hall Honda of Elizabeth City I'll start with review of dealership first. I purchased two Honda's in April 2016. The experience was great. Then Hurricane Matthew came along and my 2016 Honda Fit drowned. So then after insurance company totaled the Fit I went back to Hall to look at a replacement. I worked with T. J. Johnson in making the purchase. Both of us being prior service made the experience easier for me. I knew he wasn't going to xx me or try to put me in something that would put me in a bind to pay for. He worked with me to get me in a step up in model of HRV I was looking at. Even after the sale when I go in to get service he will take time out of his busy schedule to talk to me if even for just a few minutes. I would highly recommend if you are in market for a new/used car to head over to Hall Honda of Elizabeth CIty and look up T.J. Johnson. I am confident he will put you in the car you are looking for. More

Honda service ...watch out !! I took my 2014 Honda Pilot to Hall Honda...I was disapointed in their overall customer service ..I felt that all they were trying to do was "sell " me I took my 2014 Honda Pilot to Hall Honda...I was disapointed in their overall customer service ..I felt that all they were trying to do was "sell " me more unneeded service..it was for the 25,000 mile NOT the larger 30,000 check up....they brought out a "report card" listing all the "caution" things that could need to be done...I feel this was to just "run the bill up" almost a scare tactic ...I requested my car be washed ...which ALWAYS was done at my previous dealership without even asking...when they finished which took 1 hr 45 min which I was quoted 1 hr....the car was dripping wet...I asked that they wipe my windows down & I was told bluntly "WE DON'T DO THAT!" ...I feel your prices were high for the quality which was low and overall customer appreciation was just lacking ...I had to even back my car out of the service area with the smeary wet windows!!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY HERE! I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in Feb 2015 with very low miles. Along with the vehicle came a year warranty. About 3 months after purc I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in Feb 2015 with very low miles. Along with the vehicle came a year warranty. About 3 months after purchasing the car the check engine light came on so I decided to take the car back to the dealership. They assured they would get the car checked out and make sure everything was okay. So they inspected the car and of course came back and said it was a sensor that needed to be set that had came on because their was some air getting into a cap that wasn't on tightly. The light of course was turned off, but came back on for the second time within another 2 months. Of course I took the vehicle back and they say "oh its just a sensor because your tires need air". They turned the check engine light off again. Now the light is back on but this time being that my warranty was up in February they now decide to tell me that something maybe wrong with the motor and of course they will not pay for it because the warranty was up in February. Now I'm stuck with the car that may have a motor issue. More

Purchase went smoothly; trade-in problem Service has always been very good. Our very recent purchase of a 2016 Odyssey from Adrien Curry went smoothly and pleasantly. Manager Matt Harrell Service has always been very good. Our very recent purchase of a 2016 Odyssey from Adrien Curry went smoothly and pleasantly. Manager Matt Harrell handled our trade-in and left us annoyed. He evaluated our 2006 average mileage Odyssey, told our it was worth way less than any rated value we had found on the web for trade-in for a car in good shape and 130k miles. He then proceeded to insult us by finding faults with what was a mechanically well maintained car with some small dings, and telling us that it would have to go to auction and only bring $1000. We tried hard to do some honest bargaining, and we got him to come up a little in value, and left it at that. Then four days later we see our van sitting out front, waxed up and with new tires, with an asking price of $7,495." Image how that made us feel. Adrien - thanks for you service., Matt, we are sorry you felt compelled to bargain dishonestly with us to get the deal your way. More
Value Package Misunderstanding Had oil changed today. Was told by Autumn Donski when she pulled up my car info on the computer I had no more free oil changes and will have to pay. I got home and checked my package and I was still allowed more free oil changes. Since this happened I was informed Hall Honda was not aware of Nissan's 4 free oil change Value Package and Autumn Donski was acting on the information as it appeared on her computer. My payment for the oil change has been promised to be returned. More
