My brother lives in the area and I live in another state. John took the time to understand the need, what we were working with and quickly discovered three options. After selecting the one we thought would be a fit, his team delivered the vehicle to my brother/sister-n-law to their home so they could have the same experience of checking it out as if they were at the dealership.
