My Service Advisor was Shannon Warren Hall. I have never dealt with her before and I normally like to stick with the same service advisor when dealing with my vehicle. In the past, I dealt with Dequan Perry dealt with her before and I normally like to stick with the same service advisor when dealing with my vehicle. In the past, I dealt with Dequan Perry but he no longer is employed with your company. So in the future, I would like to just stick with Jason. I liked Shannon's demanor, how friendly, & welcoming she was so that's a plus in my opinion but when it comes to my vehicle, I take it seriously. I didn't like the fact that Shannon didn't show or allow for me to see my old brakes or rotors. So that's a MAJOR PROBLEM for me!!! I purchased my own brakes & rotors along with whatever else that was included inside of the box that my parts came in & she never made sure that any of the extra parts, that wasn't used, was placed back in the box & placed back in my vehicle or even asked. Shannon didn't know if I wanted the old brakes to return to get money back on my purchase or not. This is unacceptable! I have NEVER been treated in such matter! Maybe she is new at this & didn't know the severity but I wouldn't have to remind my previous Service Advisor because he would already be on top of it before I would even have to say anything!! This is why I stuck with the same Service Advisor that has my vehicle best interest. Otherwise I can take my vehicle somewhere else. I depend on my car for the best reliability for transportation so I depend on Hall Honda to take care of my car needs!! More

New vehicle purchased in July, 2018. When picked up It Up the audio system did not work properly. After many visits they finally replaced and it works like it should. This required many visits and phone call the audio system did not work properly. After many visits they finally replaced and it works like it should. This required many visits and phone calls to accomplish and the staff there were not very accommodating. I had a new vehicle that did not work properly and I was labeled as a complainer. I did not appreciate the way I was treated. This was the 3rd car I have bought from them. More
