She walked me through every step, helped me get the best price, and got my truck running perfectly after going to several repair shops that gave me the wrong information. My truck that was down for months due to all the other service shops having me fix the wrong thing. Hall CDJR diagnosed it in a few hours and I got my truck back the next morning. They also provided me a ride home when I dropped of my truck, and came back to my house and picked me up when it was time to pick it up. Overall the prices were great being a dealership (I am not used to such affordable pricing for repairs at a dealership). My overall experience was great and stress free and Kasey made this experience wonderful, she is a gem and I will definitely come back for all my service needs. More
I used to be a loyal customer of Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Virginia Beach Blvd, but my last three visits have progressively gotten worse. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. I schedule Ram on Virginia Beach Blvd, but my last three visits have progressively gotten worse. Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be my last. I scheduled an appointment to repair my inoperable windshield wipers and, since my inspection was due, I also requested a state inspection. After dropping my vehicle off, I received a text stating they had diagnosed the wiper issue and were recommending additional items. In that same message, I was told I had two broken bolts on the exhaust manifold (one on each side) that would cause my vehicle to fail inspection. This was news to me, so I immediately told the service agent to proceed with repairing the windshield wipers but not to perform the inspection. I was then informed that the inspection sticker had already been removed and that I would be issued a rejection sticker. I was both upset and confused. I dropped my vehicle off knowing it would not pass inspection with inoperable windshield wipers, so how was an inspection performed before the wipers were repaired? When I asked, I was told that when my vehicle was pulled in, the inspection sticker was removed immediately during the diagnostic process. My issue is the order of operations. If I brought my vehicle in primarily for a repair--and only requested an inspection as well--the repair issue should have been diagnosed and communicated to me before performing the inspection. Instead, my inspection sticker was removed before I was advised of the problem or the cost. Once that sticker was gone, I felt forced into a situation where my only options were to pay for repairs or leave with a rejection sticker. That does not sit right with me. I believe a business should operate honestly and not take advantage of customers through procedural pressure. The way this was handled made me feel boxed in rather than informed. What made the situation even worse is that I've only taken my vehicle to Hall, and they recently replaced both left and right catalytic converters. It's ironic that I'm now being told bolts on the exhaust manifold are broken. I am a card-carrying journeyman inside machinist working in ship repair. I understand that bolts don't typically "just break off." While I can't prove when or how it happened, it certainly raises questions. After reflecting on this experience, I truly feel dissatisfied and taken advantage of. I did respond to an email from the service manager asking if I was satisfied. After expressing my concerns, I received a text saying they would see what they could do about the broken bolt- after 3 weeks of hearing no response, I post a review on google. I then received a message stating they could perform the repairs at worst case $1450. But the repair work they performed replacing my catalytic converter did not involve my exhaust manifold. I will maintain this evidence and share with everyone I speak with about car service. Very disappointing. More

I dropped a 3 year old vehicle off that I purchased brand new, to the dealership to have an oil change, a state inspection, and a recall on the fuel pump performed. When I dropped the vehicle off the dealer new, to the dealership to have an oil change, a state inspection, and a recall on the fuel pump performed. When I dropped the vehicle off the dealership noted no leaks on their report, The state inspector notated zero leaks in his report. The 22 point inspection they perform noted no leaks on his report. When I returned home I noticed fuel leaking from the truck. I notified the dealership, and they are refusing to acknowledge that the truck was damaged during the recall work and handed me a $13,000 bill. This is the kind of service a person who has purchased 4 vehicles from Hall can expect, this is what they are proud of. On multiple attempts none of their managers will return calls More
Less than half tank. of gas, 2 almost end of life tires , dent on hood, open recall not fixed, and dirty from inside . These were my experiences or buying a pretty expens of gas, 2 almost end of life tires , dent on hood, open recall not fixed, and dirty from inside . These were my experiences or buying a pretty expensive used car from them I live 2 hours away and I stumbled uponna car I liked, the salesman from Hall followed up and promised me car was in great shape. Sent me a walkaround video but Never mentioned any open recall or tire life or dent on hood. When I asked them the next day of purchase , the used car director defended all these. I know it's not ab obligation to fill tabk or take care of end of life tires but I have never had this experience ever before. I was not told open recall either and car was not clean from inside either. They picked me from home though. Thats the only positive. Very bad experience. More
